LTA
has 25 associates who are experts in their core disciplines and
have a minimum of 10 years of experience in that field. This insures
that our customers are always served by an experienced subject
matter practitioner. LTA is an active member of ASTD and SHRM,
and each associate is required to maintain professional memberships
in their core disciplines. Responsiveness and fairness to the
customer, diversity of thought and culture, creativity in program
design, and honesty in all our dealings, tops LTA’s list

LTA works with individuals and organizations to determine the best courses of action for an organizational initiative or a training program. We coach teams to develop an atmosphere of open dialogue and trust so the collective creation of common goals and processes can produce outstanding results. We coach newly formed teams, teams that are "stuck" and team leaders so they can keep their teams moving forward.
Our firm designs, customizes and facilitates training programs that help employees towards greater productivity. LTA facilitates team development meetings and meeting with teams going through change.
