LTA’s Diversity Initiative Model has four core pillars,
all of which must be addressed if a diversity initiative is to
be successful. The LTA Initiative process has multiple phases.
The client is first shown the Model and the Process Phases so
they are aware of the time, attention and resources that must
be dedicated to the Initiative. The model and process were developed
by Wilhelmina Tribble, President of LTA, Inc., after years of
working with organizations struggling to make “diversity
work.”
