Are
you losing valuable associates and staff after you have
worked so hard to recruit them? This is both costly and
damaging to your initiative, and potentially, your firm's
image.
LTA
consults with law firms on retention and diversity issues.
Using an internal assessment, the team pinpoints issues
in the organization that needs addressing. Workshops, coaching
or policy making activities are designed based on the organization's
internal data.
