DESIGN
LTA designs or redesigns
training programs for organizations. LTA has the “best of the
best” in
curriculum design. Our two experienced curriculum design specialists
spent years at Disney’s
Management Institute and regularly writes for major corporations. When
we design a process or
course for a client, we put together a creative team of subject matter
expert(s), curriculum design
specialists, materials developer and facilitators.
Once the design
document is formulated and the client approves the direction, the facilitators
work
with the curriculum specialists to add experienced-based activities
that work in an instructional setting.
Most of what we
do is customized work. We rarely do “off-the-shelf, unless it
is by the client’s request
or it is their program and they want it tweaked or professionally facilitated.
